Mall Play

We went to Sandy in the morning with Dare for work. We spent the day cleaning the car, playing at the mall and hanging out with Beth. We had a lot of fun! This top slide does not have a very big top to switch your feet to be in front of you and some how Addie sat down and tumbled down backwards. I was trying to take a cute picture! Lets just say that was the last picture I took of that slide and stayed to hold her hand the rest of the time. 

Sunday Dinner at the Skousen House

This picture is kinda a representation of how crazy the kitchen can get on a Sunday when everyone is hungry and trying to hurry to get the food done. The recipe got pushed into the burner by our little weasel good thing  we caught it before it all turned to ash! 

Backyard Water Fun

The backyard is so bumpy that all we had to do was lay the tarp out and fill up the holes with water. Addie had a blast and loved sprinkling water on Daddy or filling up her bucket. 

Last Day of School

We decided to celebrate Darrell's last day of his first year of graduate school by going to Sizzler for dinner! We are all excited for a change in routine.

Coloring Easter Eggs

Addie loved to color the Easter eggs. She would keep licking the eggs and try to drink the coloring. We made some of the color with kool aid so it did not taste too bad but the other was with vinegar and she would make a pretty nasty face. She was so intent on coloring with a crayon on the egg, but got frustrated that nothing would show up since the crayon was clear.
