Primary Chorister! Week 2

Last week We played a fishing game for singing time, for this week I really wanted to know which songs they knew and which ones they need a little more help. So I made some bees with the songs that are on the 2009 Primary singing time list. and of course I added a few more of the fun ones since they love those ones so much and to just get the ants out of their pants. It went well I told them they can keep the bee as long as they sing really good and they sang as good as they could if they knew the song. One little boy came up to choose a bee and he started buzzing like one so we sang the last song popcorn popping making buzzzzing sounds. It was a success, Lets just see what we can come up with next week.

Fall Fiasco!

Yesterday I accidentally wandered into JoAnn Fabrics which is a terrible thing for me when we are in a new season. The plan was to just get a few things for my scrapbook but I ended up heading over to the material section a nd got a fall table cloth. As you can tell it doesnt completely fit the table I was being cheap, so I only got a yard! lol Anyways Darrell says im band from any craft stores for the next month or so. We made a chicken pot pie for dinner last night. There were no seasonings in the recipe so Darrell figured he would add a few of his own. so he just through in a little of that, and this and a lot of that. It turned out alright but I really couldnt stand how much thyme he put in it. It was a little interesting you would say.

Roast Rampage!

Before church we put in a roast and two hours after it was ready to eat!! We were sooooo excited that it turned out great. We didnt even need a knife to cut the roast it was so juicey. But the Potatoes were the best!!! mmmm

Cinnamon Roll Catastrophy!

So these are my retarded Cinnamon Rolls the last few time they turned out too heavy so I decided to put in less flour and boy that was a mess. When they raised outside the bowl and over the edge. It was crazy!!

Church has been moved from 10 o'clock to 12 o'clock so now we have even more time to make breakfast. Here we are trying out our new grating attachment.
