A great morning is when you sleep in until eight and are ready to get up and start your day, kids are still sleeping and you shower before noon.
Most mornings Matthew wakes up at six ends up in our bed I try to go back to sleep but those with babies know you sleep awkwardly and with one eye open when a baby is next to you. By the time you just get back to sleep an almost three year old decides the sun is up and that must mean it is time to wake up mommy and daddy. Addie whines her way into our room claiming she is hungey in all reality she will only take a few bites of good this early in the morning.
This morning was a lot like the first paragraph a great morning. We even had crepes for breakfast and played with a wig that gramie brought over. After that everything went down hill gradually.
Addie went potty and when I went in to help her the pee was bright red. So we decided it was probably just a uti but should still go to the doctors. Two hours later we finally had a urine sample, doctors visit, and a paper request for lab work and headed to the hospital to get blood work from my little girly three year old.
Addie was a trooper getting her blood drawn. She cried and didn't like but held pretty still for the most part. now we are just waiting on the results. Addie came home with a bouncy ball, stretchy gecko, jumping frog, a Ariel sticker, and a sucker the doctors must have really loved her.
